In addition to any applicable Rocket Internet terms, conditions, and policies, the MWB Service is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies applied by Malwarebytes, including without limitation its privacy policies. These policies govern your MWB Service as well as any personal information and other information you provide directly or indirectly to Malwarebytes pursuant to receiving MWB Service.
By accepting Rocket Internet Security Services, you expressly agree to be bound by both Rocket Internet’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies; and Malwarebytes’ applicable policies. Any services you receive from Rocket Internet, including without limitation Rocket Internet high-speed data, are governed by the Rocket Internet privacy policy (https://www.getrocketinternet.com/terms), as well as all other policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services (https://www.getrocketinternet.com/legal), as well as any written or electronic documents you sign or otherwise accept as a condition of service).
A copy of the Malwarebytes end-user-license agreement is available at www.malwarebytes.com/eula; however, there may be other terms and policies that govern your MWB Service and relationship with Malwarebytes, and you agree fully to review such policies and terms, to monitor the Malwarebytes website for any updates, and to be bound by applicable Malwarebytes terms and conditions of service.
As a condition of signing up for using the Rocket Internet Security Services, and to the fullest extent permissible under law, you waive any claims against Rocket Internet and its affiliated companies that arise from or are related to the MWB Service. This waiver covers all such claims, including without limitation any claims for disclosure of Customer Identifying Information to Malwarebytes, any claims for disclosure by Malwarebytes of information (including without limitation personally identifiable information), and any claims as to your use of or access to MWB Service.
