Mission Control is an optional add-on service that provides Rocket Internet subscribers with live phone support for their internet modem and WiFi service for an additional $6.00 per month.
By subscribing to Mission Control, you agree to a minimum service commitment of thirty-six dollars ($36) for the first six (6) consecutive months (“Commitment Period”). This minimum commitment fee is non-refundable, even if your Rocket Service is canceled for any reason(including without limitation voluntary disconnection or failure of payment).
The Commitment Period fee will be billed in six (6) equal monthly installments during the first six months of your Mission Control subscription; if your service is terminated during that period, the balance due will be immediately due and chargeable at termination (provided, Rocket in its sole and unlimited discretion may either bill the full amount immediately or continue to bill on a monthly basis).
Following the completion of the Commitment Period, Mission Control will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis and will be billed at $6.00 per month unless and until canceled by the customer.
Mission Control may not be canceled online. To cancel the service, you must contact Rocket Internet customer support directly. Cancellation requests will not be effective until processed by Rocket Internet.
Mission Control is provided on an as-available basis and does not guarantee resolution of all technical issues. Rocket Internet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Mission Control service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
